Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for producing nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) which has high production efficiency. A method for producing NMN according to the present invention (first invention group) includes a step in which the following are brought into contact with a mixture containing a ribose-5-phosphoric acid (R5P), nicotinamide (NAM), ATP, and polyphosphoric acid: a transformant in which the expression of three enzymes (nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase (Nampt), phosphoribosyl pyrophosphate synthetase (Prs), and polyphosphate kinase (Ppk)) is improved; a cell-free protein synthesis reaction solution expressing said three enzymes; or a processed substance of the foregoing.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet un procédé pour la production de nicotinamide mononucléotide (NMN) qui a un rendement de production élevé. À cet effet la présente invention porte sur un procédé pour la production de NMN (premier groupe d'inventions) comprenant une étape dans laquelle les éléments suivants sont mis en contact avec un mélange contenant un acide ribose-5-phosphorique (R5P), du nicotinamide (NAM), de l'ATP et de l'acide polyphosphorique : un transformant dans lequel l'expression de trois enzymes (la nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransférase (Nampt), la phosphoribosylpyrophosphate synthétase (Prs) et la polyphosphate kinase (Ppk)) est améliorée ; une solution réactionnelle de synthèse de protéines acellulaire exprimant lesdites trois enzymes ; ou une substance traitée de ce qui précède.
(JA) 本発明は、生産効率に優れたニコチンアミドモノヌクレオチド(NMN)の製造方法を提供することを課題とする。本発明(第一の発明群)に係るNMNの製造方法は、ニコチンアミドホスホリボシルトランスフェラーゼ(Nampt)、ホスホリボシルピロリン酸シンターゼ(Prs)、ポリリン酸キナーゼ(Ppk)の各酵素の発現が強化された形質転換体、前記3酵素を発現させた無細胞タンパク質合成反応液、またはそれらの処理物を、リボース-5-リン酸(R5P)、ニコチンアミド(NAM)、ATP、およびポリリン酸を含む混合物と接触させる工程を含む。
