Abstract:
(EN) The present invention contributes to the stabilization of the quality of glass bottles by providing a configuration which eliminates manual application of a release agent to a finishing mold by workers, reduces burden on the workers involved in release agent application, further improves safety for the workers in release agent application, shortens pause times due to release agent application for glass bottle molding, reduces variations in the position for applying the release agent and the amount of application, etc. during finishing molding, and is suitable for applying the release agent to the finishing mold. A device 40 for applying a release agent applies the release agent to at least either one of a portion of a finishing mold molding surface 31f provided in the finishing mold 31 or the entire surface of a bottom mold molding surface 32f provided in a bottom mold 32 which is disposed on a lower part of the finishing mold 31.
(FR) La présente invention contribue à la stabilisation de la qualité de bouteilles en verre en fournissant une configuration qui élimine l'application manuelle par des travailleurs d'un agent de démoulage sur un moule de finition, réduit la charge sur les travailleurs impliqués dans l'application de l'agent de démoulage, améliore en outre la sécurité des travailleurs lors de l'application de l'agent de démoulage, raccourcit les temps de pause nécessaires à l'application de l'agent de démoulage pour le moulage de bouteilles en verre, réduit les variations de la position lors de l'application de l'agent de démoulage et la quantité d'application, etc. pendant la finition du moulage, et est appropriée pour appliquer l'agent de démoulage sur le moule de finition. Un dispositif (40) servant à appliquer un agent de démoulage applique l'agent de démoulage sur au moins l'une ou l'autre d'une partie d'une surface (31f) de moulage de moule de finition se trouvant dans le moule de finition (31) ou sur toute la surface d'une surface (32f) de moulage de moule inférieur se trouvant dans un moule inférieur (32) qui est disposé sur une partie inférieure du moule de finition (31).
(JA) 作業者の手作業による仕上型への離型剤塗布作業を不要にし、離型剤塗布作業にかかる作業者の負担を低減すると共に離型剤塗布にける作業者の安全性をより向上でき、離型剤塗布作業によるガラスびん成形の停止時間を短くでき、仕上成形における離型剤の塗布位置の変化や塗布量等のばらつきを低減でき、さらに、仕上型への離型剤塗布に適した構成を提供することにより、ガラスびんの品質安定化に貢献する。 離型剤塗布装置40は、仕上型31に設けられた仕上型成形面31fの一部、および、仕上型31の下部に配置される底型32に設けられた底型成形面32fの全面、のうちの少なくともいずれかに離型剤を塗布するように構成されている。
