Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a configuration which is capable of preventing contamination of the inside of glass caused by application of a release agent, reducing burden on workers involved in bottle manufacturing operations, further improving safety in release agent application, shortening pause times for glass bottle molding, reducing variations in the position for applying the release agent to a mouth mold and the amount of application, and contributing to the improvement and stability of the quality of the glass bottles. A device 40 for applying a release agent applies the release agent to a mouth mold 21 that is in a position away from a plunger 16 on a rough mold 11 side relative to a position A1 of the mouth mold 21 during parison molding.
(FR) L'invention concerne une configuration qui permet d'empêcher la contamination de l'intérieur du verre provoquée par l'application d'un agent de démoulage, de réduire la charge sur les travailleurs impliqués dans des opérations de fabrication de bouteilles, d'améliorer encore la sécurité lors de l'application de l’agent de démoulage, de raccourcir les temps de pause lors du moulage de bouteilles en verre, de réduire les variations de la position lors de l'application de l'agent de démoulage sur un moule de goulot et la quantité d'application, et de contribuer à l'amélioration et à la stabilité de la qualité des bouteilles en verre. Un dispositif (40) servant à appliquer un agent de démoulage applique l'agent de démoulage sur un moule (21) de goulot qui se trouve dans une position à distance d'un piston (16) sur un côté de moule rugueux (11) par rapport à une position (A1) du moule (21) de goulot pendant le moulage de la paraison.
(JA) 離型剤塗布に起因するガラス内面への異物混入を抑制でき、製びん作業にかかわる作業者の負担を低減でき、離型剤塗布における安全性をより向上できると共に、ガラスびんの成形の停止時間を短縮し、口型への離型剤の塗布位置の変化や塗布量のばらつきを低減でき、ガラスびんの品質の向上および安定化に貢献できる構成を提供する。 離型剤塗布装置40は、パリソン成形時の口型21の位置A1を基準として、粗型11側のプランジャー16から遠ざかった位置に存在する口型21に離型剤を塗布する。
