Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a porous composite film suitable as a separator for a battery having exceptional cycle characteristics. A porous composite film in which a porous substrate comprises a polyolefin and a porous layer is laminated on at least one surface of the porous substrate, the porous composite film being characterized by the following features a) and b). a) The value of D50 of the cross-section pore area distribution of the porous layer is less than 0.060 μm2, and the value of D90 of the same is less than 0.200 μm2. b) The resin constituting the porous layer is a fluorine-containing resin.
(FR) L’invention concerne une pellicule composite poreuse appropriée en tant que séparateur pour une batterie ayant des caractéristiques de cycle exceptionnelles. Elle concerne une pellicule composite poreuse dans laquelle un substrat poreux comprend une polyoléfine et une couche poreuse est stratifiée sur au moins une surface du substrat poreux, la pellicule composite poreuse étant caractérisée par les attributs a) et b) suivants. a) La valeur de D50 de la répartition d’aire de pores de section transversale de la couche poreuse est inférieure à 0,060 µm2, et sa valeur de D90 est inférieure à 0,200 µm2. b) La résine constituant la couche poreuse est une résine contenant du fluor.
(JA) サイクル特性に優れた電池のセパレータに好適な多孔複合フィルムを提供する。多孔質基材がポリオレフィンであって、多孔質基材の少なくとも片面に多孔質層を積層した次のa)~b)を特徴とする多孔複合フィルム。 a)多孔質層の断面空隙面積分布のD50の値が、0.060μm未満かつD90の値が0.200μm未満である。 b)多孔質層を形成する樹脂がフッ素含有樹脂である。
