Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a powder recycling method that enables oxidized metal powder to be recycled to a reusable state. Provided is a powder recycling method in which, when producing a metal shaped article by sintering a metal powder or melting and solidifying a metal powder to shape metal layers, and then stacking the layers, the metal powder that was not used in the layer shaping is recovered, the recovered metal powder is deoxidized, and a deoxidized metal powder is thereby obtained.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet de fournir un procédé de recyclage de poudre qui permet à la poudre métallique oxydée d'être recyclée dans un état réutilisable. La présente invention concerne un procédé de recyclage de poudre dans lequel, lors de la production d'un article en forme de métal par frittage d'une poudre métallique ou fusion et solidification d'une poudre métallique pour former des couches métalliques, puis empilage des couches, la poudre métallique qui n'a pas été utilisée dans la mise en forme de couche étant récupérée, la poudre métallique récupérée étant désoxydée, et une poudre métallique désoxydée étant ainsi obtenue.
(JA) 酸化された金属粉末を再利用可能な状態に再生できる粉末再生方法を提供することを目的とし、金属粉末を焼結して又は金属粉末を溶融固化させて金属の層を造形し、前記層を積層して金属造形物を製造する際に前記層の造形に用いられなかった金属粉末を回収し、回収した前記金属粉末を還元して還元された金属粉末を得る、粉末再生方法を提供する。
