Abstract:
(EN) This strain gauge has: a base substrate having plasticity; a resistor disposed on the base substrate and formed of a material including at least one among chromium and nickel; and an electrode electrically connected to the resistor, wherein the electrode includes: a terminal part extending from an end section of the resistor; a first metal layer formed of copper, a copper alloy, nickel, or a nickel alloy and disposed on the terminal part; and a second metal layer disposed on the first metal layer and formed of a material having better solder wettability than the first metal layer.
(FR) L'invention concerne une jauge de contrainte qui comprend : un substrat de base ayant une plasticité ; une résistance disposée sur le substrat de base et formée d'un matériau comprenant du chrome et/ou du nickel ; et une électrode connectée électriquement à la résistance, l'électrode comprenant : une partie borne s'étendant à partir d'une section d'extrémité de la résistance ; une première couche métallique formée de cuivre, d'un alliage de cuivre, de nickel ou d'un alliage de nickel et disposée sur la partie borne ; et une seconde couche métallique disposée sur la première couche métallique et formée d'un matériau ayant une meilleure mouillabilité de soudure que la première couche métallique.
