Abstract:
(EN) This foamed resin molded article (1) has: a foamed resin layer (30), which contains a rubber component, a first resin that is a copolymer containing vinyl cyanide-based monomer units and aromatic vinyl-based monomer units, and a foaming agent; and a non-foamed resin layer (50) that covers the foamed resin layer (30). The non-foamed resin layer (50) contains a rubber component and a second resin that is a copolymer containing vinyl cyanide-based monomer units and aromatic vinyl-based monomer units, and the content of the rubber component in the non-foamed resin layer (50), as determined by pyrolysis gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (PGC/MS), is 1-30 mass% relative to the overall mass of the second resin.
(FR) L'invention concerne un article moulé en résine expansée (1) comprenant : une couche de résine expansée (30), qui contient un composant de caoutchouc, une première résine qui est un copolymère contenant des unités monomères à base de cyanure de vinyle et des unités monomères à base de vinyle aromatique, et un agent moussant ; et une couche de résine non expansée (50) qui recouvre la couche de résine expansée (30). La couche de résine non expansée (50) contient un composant de caoutchouc et une seconde résine qui est un copolymère contenant des unités monomères à base de cyanure de vinyle et des unités monomères à base de vinyle aromatique, et la teneur du composant de caoutchouc dans la couche de résine non expansée (50), telle que déterminée par pyrolyse suivie d'une chromatographie en phase gazeuse/spectrométrie de masse (Py-GC/MS), est de 1 à 30 % en masse par rapport à la masse globale de la seconde résine.
