Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: an image stabilization device with which it is possible to improve the detection accuracy of the position of a mobile member, and increase image stabilization accuracy; and an imaging device including the same. An image stabilization device 3 includes: a support member 1 that supports a mobile member 2 so as to be movable in a plurality of directions along a surface; drive coils C1 to C3 that are fixed to the mobile member 2; Hall effect sensors H1 to H3 that are fixed to the mobile member 2; and drive magnets Mv1 to Mv3 and position detection magnets Mh1 to Mh3 that are fixed to the support member 1. As viewed from the Z-direction perpendicular to said surface, when focusing on two adjacent magnets among all the magnets including the drive magnets Mv1 to Mv3 and the position detection magnets Mh1 to Mh3, the respective same poles of the two magnets in question oppose one another.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un dispositif de stabilisation d'image avec lequel il est possible d'améliorer la précision de détection de la position d'un élément mobile, et d'augmenter la précision de stabilisation d'image; et un dispositif d'imagerie le comprenant. Un dispositif de stabilisation d'image 3 comprend : un élément de support 1 qui supporte un élément mobile 2 de façon à être mobile dans une pluralité de directions le long d'une surface; des bobines d'entraînement C1 à C3 qui sont fixées à l'élément mobile 2; des capteurs à effet Hall H1 à H3 qui sont fixés à l'élément mobile 2; et des aimants d'actionnnement Mv1 à Mv3 et des aimants de détection de position Mh1 à Mh3 qui sont fixés à l'élément de support 1. Comme vu dans la direction Z perpendiculaire à ladite surface, lors de la mise au point sur deux aimants adjacents parmi tous les aimants comprenant les aimants d'actionnement Mv1 à Mv3 et les aimants de détection de position Mh1 à Mh3, les mêmes pôles respectifs des deux aimants en question sont opposés l'un à l'autre.
(JA) 可動部材の位置検出精度を向上させて像ぶれの補正精度を高めることのできる像ぶれ補正装置とこれを備える撮像装置を提供する。像ぶれ補正装置3は、可動部材2を平面に沿った複数の方向に移動自在に支持する支持部材1と、可動部材2に固定された駆動用コイルC1~C3と、可動部材2に固定されたホール素子H1~H3と、支持部材1に固定された駆動用の磁石Mv1~Mv3及び位置検出用の磁石Mh1~Mh3と、を備える。上記平面に垂直な方向Zから見た状態において、駆動用の磁石Mv1~Mv3と位置検出用の磁石Mh1~Mh3を含む全ての磁石のうちの近接する2つの磁石に着目した場合に、この2つの磁石の同極同士が対向している。
