Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a high-speed communication system in new radio (NW) and LTE. According to the present invention, when detecting a data inactive state in which downlink data to a communication terminal device is inactive for all bearers (ST802), a secondary base station device notifies a master base station of the occurrence of the data inactive state (ST803), even when there is no query from the master base station device. After receiving the occurrence notification of the data inactive state, the master base station transmits, to the communication terminal device, an instruction for transitioning from an RRC_CONNECTED state to an RRC_INACTIVE state (ST805). The communication terminal device transitions to the RRC_INACTIVE state according to the instruction from the master base station device (ST808).
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de communication à haute vitesse dans un réseau New Radio (NW) et LTE. Selon la présente invention, lors de la détection d'un état inactif de données dans lequel des données de liaison descendante vers un dispositif terminal de communication sont inactives pour toutes les porteuses (ST802), un dispositif station de base secondaire notifie à une station de base maîtresse l'occurrence de l'état inactif de données (ST803), même lorsqu'il n'y a pas de requête provenant du dispositif station de base maîtresse. Après réception de la notification d'occurrence de l'état inactif de données, la station de base maîtresse transmet, au dispositif terminal de communication, une instruction de transition d'un état RRC_CONNECTED à un état RRC_INACTIVE (ST805). Le dispositif terminal de communication passe à l'état RRC_INACTIVE selon l'instruction provenant du dispositif station de base maîtresse (ST808).
(JA) NR(New Radio)およびLTEにおいて、高速な通信システム等を提供する。セカンダリ基地局装置が、全てのベアラについて通信端末装置への下りデータが不活性であるデータ不活性状態を検出した場合(ST802)、セカンダリ基地局装置は、マスタ基地局装置からの問い合わせがなくても、データ不活性状態の発生をマスタ基地局装置に通知する(ST803)。マスタ基地局装置は、データ不活性状態の発生の通知を受信することによって、通信端末装置に、RRC_CONNECTEDステートからRRC_INACTIVEステートに遷移することの指示を送信する(ST805)。通信端末装置は、マスタ基地局装置からの指示によって、RRC_INACTIVEステートに遷移する(ST808)。
