Abstract:
(EN) This nonwoven fabric (1) is constituted by a nonwoven fabric body (11) that is formed by integrating a conjugate polyester fiber (2) and a flame-retardant acrylic fiber (3) which is another fiber serving as the remainder. The conjugate polyester fiber (2) has a core-sheath structure in which a sheath (4) is made of a low-melting-point polyester and a core (5) is made of a high-melting-point polyester having a higher melting point than the low-melting-point polyester. The nonwoven fabric body (11) contains, relative to 100 % by weight as a total weight thereof, 40-80% by weight of the conjugate polyester fiber (2). The stiffness in the flow direction of the fibers of the nonwoven fabric body (11) is 50-120 mN⋅cm, and the stiffness in the width direction, which is orthogonal to the flow direction, is 20-100 mN⋅cm. Due to this configuration, the bonding of the fibers to each other is sufficient, and the resilience of the nonwoven fabric is high.
(FR) L’invention concerne un non tissé (1) constitué d'un corps de non tissé (11) qui est formé par l'intégration d'une fibre polyester conjugué (2) et d'une fibre acrylique ignifuge (3) qui est une autre fibre faisant office de reste. La fibre polyester conjugué (2) a une structure âme-enveloppe dans laquelle une enveloppe (4) est constituée d'un polyester à bas point de fusion et une âme (5) est constituée d'un polyester à point de fusion élevé ayant un point de fusion plus élevé que le polyester à bas point de fusion. Le corps de non tissé (11) contient, par rapport à 100 % en poids représentant le poids total de ce dernier, de 40 à 80 % en poids de la fibre polyester conjugué (2). La rigidité dans le sens du flux des fibres du corps de non tissé (11) va de 50 à 120 mN ⋅ cm, et la rigidité dans le sens de la largeur, qui est orthogonal au sens du flux, va de 20 à 100 mN ⋅ cm. Grâce à cette configuration, la liaison des fibres les unes aux autres est suffisante, et l'élasticité du non tissé est élevée.
(JA) 不織布(1)を構成する不織布本体(11)は、複合ポリエステル繊維(2)と、残部の他の繊維としての難燃性アクリル繊維(3)とが一体化されて構成されている。複合ポリエステル繊維(2)は、鞘部(4)を低融点ポリエステルとし、芯部(5)を低融点ポリエステルよりも融点の高い高融点ポリエステルとした芯鞘構造を有する。不織布本体(11)の総量100重量%において複合ポリエステル繊維(2)は40~80重量%含まれる。不織布本体(11)の繊維の流れ方向の剛軟度は50~120mN・cmであり、この流れ方向に直交する方向である幅方向の剛軟度は20~100mN・cmである。このように構成することで、繊維同士の結合が十分であり、且つ、コシの強い不織布となる。
