Abstract:
(EN) The present invention pertains to a honeycomb catalyst in which a precious metal is supported on a honeycomb structure equipped with a honeycomb fired body in which a plurality of through-holes are arranged in the lengthwise direction and separated by a partition, the honeycomb catalyst being characterized in that: the honeycomb fired body comprises an extrusion molded article containing ceria-zirconia composite oxide particles and alumina particles; the precious metal is supported on the partition; and the concentration of the precious metal on the surface of the partition is higher than the concentration of the precious metal in the center of the partition in the thickness direction thereof.
(FR) L'invention concerne un catalyseur en nid d'abeilles qui est constitué par support d'un métal noble sur une structure en nid d'abeilles équipé d'un corps fritté en nid d'abeilles dans lequel une pluralité de trous traversant est séparée par des parois de séparation et rangée dans une direction longitudinale. Ledit corps fritté en nid d'abeilles est constitué d'un corps moulé par extrusion qui contient des particules d'oxyde complexe cérium-zircone et des particules d'alumine. Ledit métal noble est supporté par lesdites parois de séparation, la concentration en métal noble à la surface desdites parois de séparation, étant supérieure à la concentration en métal noble dans une partie centrale de la direction épaisseur desdites parois de séparation.
(JA) 本発明は、複数の貫通孔が隔壁を隔てて長手方向に並設されたハニカム焼成体を備えたハニカム構造体に貴金属が担持されてなるハニカム触媒であって、上記ハニカム焼成体は、セリア-ジルコニア複合酸化物粒子とアルミナ粒子とを含む押出成形体からなり、上記貴金属は上記隔壁に担持されており、上記隔壁の表面における上記貴金属の濃度が、上記隔壁の厚さ方向の中央部における上記貴金属の濃度よりも高いことを特徴とするハニカム触媒に関する。
