Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a kneading method for a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin with which dispersibility of reinforcement fibers is enhanced and sufficient reinforcement fibers having a proper fiber length remain, and a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin plasticizing device and an extruding machine for carrying out the method. The kneading method comprises supplying a thermoplastic resin and reinforcement fibers into a cylinder of a plasticizing device, and rotating a screw to obtain a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin, wherein the size of a clearance between the bore of the cylinder and the screw is made different between an upstream side in the vicinity of a reinforcement fiber loading port and a downstream side, so that the clearance becomes larger from the vicinity of the reinforcement fiber loading port toward the downstream side compared with the upstream side.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de malaxage pour une résine thermoplastique renforcée par des fibres, avec lequel la dispersibilité des fibres de renfort est améliorée et il reste suffisamment de fibres de renfort ayant une longueur de fibre appropriée, et un dispositif de plastification de résine thermoplastique renforcée par des fibres et une machine d'extrusion pour la mise en œuvre du procédé. Le procédé de malaxage comprend l'introduction d'une résine thermoplastique et de fibres de renfort dans un cylindre d'un dispositif de plastification et la rotation d'une vis pour obtenir une résine thermoplastique renforcée par des fibres, la taille d'un intervalle entre l'alésage du cylindre et la vis étant amenée à être différente entre un côté amont au voisinage d'un orifice de chargement de fibres de renfort et un côté aval, de telle sorte que l'intervalle devient plus grand à partir du voisinage de l'orifice de chargement de fibres de renfort en direction du côté aval par comparaison avec le côté amont.
(JA) 本発明は、強化繊維の分散性を高め、適切な繊維長の強化繊維が十分に残る繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂の混練方法、および当該方法を実施するための繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂の可塑化装置と押出機を提供する。可塑化装置のシリンダに熱可塑性樹脂と強化繊維とを供給してスクリュを回転させて繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂を得る混練方法であって、シリンダのボアとスクリュとのクリアランスの大きさを、強化繊維投入口の近傍の上流側と下流側とで異ならせ、強化繊維投入口近傍から下流側において、上流側に比して大きくなるように構成する。
