Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a conductive film having a metal thin wire which has a wire width of 2.0 μm or less, while exhibiting excellent adhesion to a substrate and excellent invisibility; and a method for producing this conductive film. The present invention also addresses the problem of providing a touch panel sensor and a touch panel, each of which comprises this conductive film. A conductive film according to the present invention comprises: a substrate; and a conductive part which is arranged on at least one main surface of the substrate, and which is configured of a metal thin wire. The metal thin wire comprises a base layer and a conductive layer, which are sequentially arranged in this order from the substrate side, and a blackening layer which covers the surface of the conductive layer; and the metal thin wire has a wire width of 2.0 μm or less. The base layer contains a metal oxide or a metal nitride as a main component; the blackening layer contains palladium; and the conductive layer contains copper as a main component.
(FR) La présente invention vise à fournir un film conducteur qui comprend un fil mince métallique présentant une largeur de ligne inférieure ou égale à 2,0 µm et qui présente d'excellentes propriétés d'adhérence à un substrat et d'invisibilité. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production du film conducteur. La présente invention vise également à fournir un capteur de panneau tactile et un panneau tactile, comprenant chacun ledit film conducteur. Un film conducteur selon la présente invention comprend un substrat et une partie conductrice qui est disposée sur au moins une surface principale du substrat et est composée d'un fil mince métallique. Le fil mince métallique comprend une couche de base et une couche conductrice, qui sont agencées de manière séquentielle dans cet ordre à partir du côté substrat, et une couche de noircissement qui recouvre la surface de la couche conductrice ; et le fil mince métallique présente une largeur de ligne inférieure ou égale à 2,0 µm. La couche de base contient un oxyde métallique ou un nitrure métallique en tant que composant principal; la couche de noircissement contient du palladium; et la couche conductrice contient du cuivre en tant que composant principal.
