Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a retainer for a tapered roller bearing having excellent strength in a rounded corner part, and a tapered roller bearing that uses this retainer. In a retainer 5, pocket parts 9 are formed between adjacent post parts 8, rounded corner parts are formed to link large-diameter ring parts and post parts 8 and to link small-diameter ring parts and post parts 8, and mold-splitting lines X are formed by injection molding along an axial direction in each of the pairs of surfaces of adjacent post parts 8 constituting pocket parts 9. Each of these pairs of surfaces has a tapered pair of surfaces 8a, 8a nearer to the large-diameter ring part side than the mold-splitting line X, where the circumferential width of the pocket part 9 is narrowed toward the outside-diameter direction, and a tapered pair of surfaces 8b, 8b nearer to the small-diameter ring part side than the mold-splitting line X, where the circumferential width of the pocket part 9 is narrowed toward the outside-diameter direction. The taper angle θa of the pair of surfaces 8a, 8a is smaller than the taper angle θb of the pair of surfaces 8b, 8b.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de retenue destiné à un roulement à rouleaux coniques ayant une excellente résistance dans une partie d'angle arrondie, et un roulement à rouleaux coniques qui utilise ce dispositif de retenue. Dans un élément de retenue (5), des parties poche (9) sont formées entre des parties montant (8) adjacentes, des parties coin arrondies sont formées pour relier des parties annulaires de grand diamètre et des parties montant (8) et pour relier des parties annulaires de petit diamètre et des parties montant (8), et des lignes de division de moule (X) sont formées par moulage par injection le long d'une direction axiale dans chacune des paires de surfaces de parties montant (8) adjacentes constituant des parties poche (9). Chacune de ces paires de surfaces présente une paire conique de surfaces (8a, 8a) plus proches du côté partie annulaire de grand diamètre que la ligne de division de moule (X), la largeur circonférentielle de la partie poche (9) étant rétrécie vers la direction de diamètre extérieur, et une paire conique de surfaces (8b, 8b) plus proches du côté partie annulaire de petit diamètre que la ligne de division de moule (X), la largeur circonférentielle de la partie poche (9) étant rétrécie vers la direction de diamètre extérieur. L'angle de conicité θa de la paire de surfaces (8a, 8a) est inférieur à l'angle de conicité θb de la paire de surfaces (8b, 8b).
