Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a bearing retainer having excellent strength in weld portions thereof, an injection molding mold used in the manufacture thereof, and a method for manufacturing a bearing retainer using said mold. A bearing retainer 1 is an annular bearing retainer made from resin, which can be obtained by injection molding using a mold for a bearing retainer having variable volume resin-rich areas, and is provided with a plurality of pocket portions 5 for retaining rolling elements, pillar portions 4 positioned between each of the pocket portions 5, and two ring portions 2, 3 securing the pillar portions 4 on both sides in the axial direction, wherein at least one of the ring portions has weld lines (weld portions 8) in one location or a plurality of locations in the circumferential direction, and the weld lines have a convex shape to one side in the circumferential direction.
(FR) L'invention concerne une bague de roulement présentant une excellente résistance au niveau de ses parties soudées, un moule de moulage par injection utilisé dans sa fabrication et un procédé de fabrication d'une bague de roulement à l'aide dudit moule. La bague de roulement (1) est une bague de roulement annulaire en résine, qui peut être obtenue par moulage par injection à l'aide d'un moule pour bague de roulement comportant des zones riches en résine à volume variable, et qui comporte une pluralité de parties logement (5) permettant de retenir des éléments de roulement, des parties pilier (4) positionnées entre chacune des parties logement (5), et deux parties annulaires (2, 3) assurant la fixation des parties pilier (4) sur les deux côtés dans la direction axiale, au moins l'une des parties annulaires présentant des lignes de soudure (parties soudées (8)) dans un emplacement ou une pluralité d'emplacements dans la direction circonférentielle, et les lignes de soudure présentant une forme convexe sur un côté dans la direction circonférentielle.
(JA) ウェルド部での強度に優れる軸受用保持器、この製造に用いる射出成形用金型、および該金型を用いた保持器の製造方法を提供する。軸受保持器1は、樹脂製の円環状の軸受保持器であり、容積変化可能な樹脂だまりを有する軸受保持器用金型を用いて射出成形により得られ、転動体を保持する複数のポケット部5と、各ポケット部5の間に位置する柱部4と、柱部4を軸方向両側で固定する両リング部2、3とを備えてなり、少なくとも一方のリング部において、周方向の1箇所または複数箇所にウェルドライン(ウェルド部8)を有し、該ウェルドラインが周方向の一方側に凸状とされている。
