Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the invention is to provide a pile construction method that can reliably improve pile bearing capacity. Provided is a pile construction method comprising a step of driving a pile by applying vibration with a vibratory hammer while injecting a high-pressure fluid into the ground, wherein one or more high-pressure fluid delivery devices and a manifold device having a cylindrical inner space are disposed, the one or more high-pressure fluid delivery devices are respectively connected to one or more injection holes in the manifold device, and a plurality of discharge holes in the manifold device are respectively connected to a plurality of jet pipe members. With the inner space of the manifold device filled with the high-pressure fluid, the high-pressure fluid is discharged from each of the plurality of discharge holes and, in terms of the discharge rates of the high-pressure fluid discharged from each of the plurality of discharge holes, the difference between the maximum discharge rate and the minimum discharge rate is no more than 5% of the maximum discharge rate.
(FR) Le but de l'invention est de fournir un procédé de construction de pieu qui peut améliorer de façon fiable la capacité portante des pieux. L'invention concerne un procédé de construction de pieu comprenant une étape consistant à entraîner un pieu en appliquant une vibration avec un marteau vibrant tout en injectant un fluide à haute pression dans le sol, un ou plusieurs dispositifs de distribution de fluide à haute pression et un dispositif collecteur ayant un espace interne cylindrique étant présents, le ou les dispositifs de distribution de fluide à haute pression étant respectivement reliés à un ou plusieurs trous d'injection dans le dispositif collecteur, et une pluralité de trous de décharge dans le dispositif collecteur étant respectivement reliés à une pluralité d'éléments de tubes à jet. Avec l'espace interne du dispositif collecteur rempli du fluide à haute pression, le fluide à haute pression est évacué de chacun de la pluralité de trous de décharge et, en termes de taux de décharge du fluide à haute pression évacué à partir de chacun de la pluralité de trous de décharge, la différence entre le taux de décharge maximal et le taux de décharge minimal n'est pas supérieure à 5% du taux de décharge maximal.
(JA) 杭の支持力を確実に高めることを可能にする杭の施工方法を提供する。 地盤中にて高圧流体を噴射しつつバイブロハンマによる振動を与えて杭を打ち込む工程を備えた杭の施工方法であって、1又は複数の高圧流体送出装置と、円筒状の内部空間を有する集合装置とを配置し、1又は複数の高圧流体送出装置と集合装置における1又は複数の注入孔とをそれぞれ接続すると共に、集合装置における複数の吐出孔と複数のジェット配管部材とをそれぞれ接続する。集合装置の内部空間を高圧流体で充填した状態で複数の吐出孔の各々からそれぞれ高圧流体を吐出させ、かつ、複数の吐出孔の各々から吐出される複数の高圧流体の各吐出量について、最大吐出量と最小吐出量との差が最大吐出量の5%以下である。
