Abstract:
(EN) This strain gauge has: a substrate having flexibility; a functional layer formed from a metal, an alloy, or a metal compound, on one surface of the substrate; a resistor formed from a material including at least one among chromium and nickel, on one surface of the functional layer; and an insulation resin layer covering the resistor.
(FR) L'invention concerne une jauge de contrainte qui comprend : un substrat ayant une certaine flexibilité ; une couche fonctionnelle formée à partir d'un métal, d'un alliage ou d'un composé métallique, sur une surface du substrat ; une résistance formée à partir d'un matériau comprenant au moins l'un parmi le chrome et le nickel, sur une surface de la couche fonctionnelle ; et une couche de résine isolante recouvrant la résistance.
