Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides: a resin composition for injection molding, which can produce a molded body that exhibits excellent thermal stability, thermal fluidity and high water pressure resistance without using heavy metals such as lead and tin; and a molded body obtained by using the resin composition for injection molding. The present invention is a resin composition for injection molding, which contains a chlorinated vinyl chloride-based resin, a vinyl chloride-based resin and a thermal stabilizer, wherein the thermal stabilizer contains a calcium alkylcarboxylate and a zinc compound, the vinyl chloride-based resin has a degree of polymerization of 400-1000, and the vinyl chloride-based resin is contained at a quantity of 1-30 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the chlorinated vinyl chloride-based resin.
(FR) La présente invention concerne : une composition de résine pour moulage par injection, qui peut produire un corps moulé qui présente une excellente stabilité thermique, une excellente fluidité thermique et une résistance élevée à la pression de l'eau sans utiliser de métaux lourds tels que le plomb et l'étain ; et un corps moulé obtenu à l'aide de la composition de résine pour moulage par injection. La présente invention concerne une composition de résine pour moulage par injection, qui contient une résine à base de chlorure de vinyle chloré, une résine à base de chlorure de vinyle et un stabilisant thermique, le stabilisant thermique contenant un alkylcarboxylate de calcium et un composé de zinc, la résine à base de chlorure de vinyle a un degré de polymérisation de 400 à 1 000, et la résine à base de chlorure de vinyle est contenue en une quantité de 1 à 30 parties en masse par rapport à 100 parties en masse de la résine à base de chlorure de vinyle chloré.
(JA) 本発明は、鉛、スズ等の重金属を使用せずに、優れた熱安定性、熱流動性を有し、耐水圧が高い成形体を製造することが可能な射出成形用樹脂組成物、及び、射出成形用樹脂組成物を用いた成形体を提供する。 本発明は、塩素化塩化ビニル系樹脂と、塩化ビニル系樹脂と、熱安定剤とを含有する射出成形用樹脂組成物であって、前記熱安定剤は、アルキルカルボン酸カルシウム及び亜鉛化合物を含有し、前記塩化ビニル系樹脂は、重合度が400~1000であり、前記塩素化塩化ビニル系樹脂100質量部に対して、塩化ビニル系樹脂を1~30質量部含有する射出成形用樹脂組成物である。
