Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides: a resin composition for molding by which can be formed a molded body having excellent thermal stability, high impact resistance as well as a high degree of surface smoothness; and a molded body using the resin composition for molding. This resin composition for molding contains a chlorinated vinyl chloride-based resin, an acrylic processing aid, and an impact resistance improving agent, wherein the acrylic processing aid comprises an acrylic resin having a weight-average molecular weight of 500,000 to 5,000,000, and the content of the acrylic processing aid is 0.2-10 parts by mass and the content of the impact resistance improving agent is 0.5-8.0 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the chlorinated vinyl chloride-based resin.
(FR) La présente invention concerne : une composition de résine destinée à un moulage permettant de former un corps moulé possédant une excellente stabilité thermique, une résistance aux chocs élevée ainsi qu'un degré élevé de lissé de surface ; et un corps moulé utilisant la composition de résine destinée à un moulage. La composition de résine destinée à un moulage contient une résine à base de chlorure de vinyle chloré, un auxiliaire de traitement acrylique et un agent d'amélioration de la résistance aux chocs, l'auxiliaire de traitement acrylique comprenant une résine acrylique possédant une masse moléculaire moyenne en masse de 500 000 à 5 000 000, et la teneur de l'auxiliaire de traitement acrylique étant de 0,2 à 10 parties en masse et la teneur de l'agent d'amélioration de la résistance aux chocs étant de 0,5 à 8,0 parties en masse par rapport à 100 parties en masse de la résine à base de chlorure de vinyle chloré.
(JA) 本発明は、優れた熱安定性を有し、耐衝撃性及び表面平滑性の高い成形体を製造することが可能な成形用樹脂組成物、及び、成形用樹脂組成物を用いた成形体を提供する。 本発明は、塩素化塩化ビニル系樹脂と、アクリル系加工助剤と、耐衝撃改良剤とを含有する成形用樹脂組成物であって、前記アクリル系加工助剤は、重量平均分子量が50万~500万のアクリル系樹脂からなり、前記塩素化塩化ビニル系樹脂100質量部に対して、前記アクリル系加工助剤を0.2~10質量部、前記耐衝撃改良剤を0.5~8.0質量部含有する成形用樹脂組成物である。
