Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method by which a black-heart malleable cast iron member having a plating layer highly adhesive to a black-heart malleable cast iron member can be produced with less of a burden on the environment compared to conventional methods. This method is a method for producing a plated black-heart malleable cast iron member having a plating layer formed on the surface of a black-heart malleable cast iron member, the method comprising: a step for performing graphitization in a non-oxidizing and decarburizing environment; a step for immersing a graphitized black-heart malleable cast iron in a flux for at least 3.0 minutes; a step for heating the black-heart malleable cast iron removed from the flux to 90°C or higher; and a step for performing hot-dip coating on the heated black-heart malleable cast iron member.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé selon lequel un élément en fonte malléable à cœur noir ayant une couche de placage hautement adhésive à un élément en fonte malléable à cœur noir peut être produit en imposant moins de charge sur l'environnement par comparaison avec des procédés classiques. Le procédé selon l'invention est un procédé de production d'un élément en fonte malléable à cœur noir plaqué ayant une couche de placage formée sur la surface d'un élément en fonte malléable à cœur noir, le procédé comprenant : une étape consistant à effectuer une graphitisation dans un environnement de non-oxydation et de décarburation ; une étape d'immersion d'une fonte malléable à cœur noir graphitisée dans un flux pendant au moins 3,0 minutes ; une étape consistant à chauffer la fonte malléable à cœur noir retirée du flux à 90 °C ou plus ; et une étape consistant à effectuer un revêtement par immersion à chaud sur l'élément en fonte malléable à cœur noir chauffé.
(JA) 黒心可鍛鋳鉄部材との密着性に優れためっき層を有するめっき形成黒心可鍛鋳鉄部材を、従来に比べて環境への負荷が少ない方法で製造することができる方法を提供する。本発明の製造方法は、黒心可鍛鋳鉄部材の表面にめっき層が形成されためっき形成黒心可鍛鋳鉄部材の製造方法であって、非酸化性かつ脱炭性の雰囲気で黒鉛化を行う工程と、黒鉛化後の黒心可鍛鋳鉄部材をフラックスに3.0分間以上浸漬する工程と、前記フラックスから取り出した後、黒心可鍛鋳鉄部材を90℃以上に加熱する工程と、前記加熱した黒心可鍛鋳鉄部材に溶融めっきを施す工程と、を有する。
