Abstract:
(EN) This coated tool is provided with a substrate and a coating layer positioned on the substrate. The coating layer comprises a plurality of each of AlTi layers containing aluminum and titanium as main components and AlCr layers containing aluminum and chrome as main components. The AlTi layers and the AlCr layers are positioned in an alternating manner. The plurality of AlTi layer comprises a first AlTi layer and a second AlTi layer positioned so as to be further separated from the substrate than the first AlTi layer. The plurality of AlTi layers each additionally contain chrome. The content of chrome in the second AlTi layer is higher than the content of chrome in the first AlTi layer.
(FR) L'invention concerne un outil revêtu pourvu d'un substrat et d'une couche de revêtement positionnée sur le substrat. La couche de revêtement comprend une pluralité de couches d'AlTi contenant de l'aluminium et du titane en tant que constituants principaux et une pluralité de couches d'AlCr contenant de l'aluminium et du chrome en tant que constituants principaux. Les couches d'AlTi et les couches d'AlCr sont positionnées de manière alternée. La pluralité de couches d'AlTi comprend une première couche d'AlTi et une seconde couche d'AlTi positionnée de manière à être davantage séparée du substrat que de la première couche d'AlTi. Les multiples couches d'AlTi contiennent chacune en outre du chrome. La teneur en chrome dans la seconde couche d'AlTi est supérieure à la teneur en chrome dans la première couche d'AlTi.
(JA) 本開示の被覆工具は、基体と、基体の上に位置する被覆層とを備えている。被覆層は、アルミニウム及びチタンを主成分として含有するAlTi層と、アルミニウム及びクロムを主成分として含有するAlCr層とをそれぞれ複数有し、AlTi層及びAlCr層が交互に位置している。複数のAlTi層は、第1AlTi層と、第1AlTi層よりも基体から離れて位置する第2AlTi層とを有している。複数のAlTi層は、それぞれクロムをさらに含有し、第2AlTi層におけるクロムの含有比率が、第1AlTi層におけるクロムの含有比率よりも高い。
