Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a copolymer rubber that is workable, strong, and homogeneous, and is suitable as a resin modifier or the like; a crosslinked rubber composition having excellent mechanical strength, wear resistance, etc.; and a polyfunctional vinyl aromatic copolymer that is a superior raw material for the above. Polymer rubber obtained by copolymerizing raw materials including a polyfunctional vinyl aromatic copolymer (A), a conjugated diene compound (B), and an aromatic vinyl compound (C), the rubber being characterized in that: the polyfunctional vinyl aromatic copolymer (A) comprises a structural unit (a) originating from a divinyl aromatic compound, a structural unit (b) originating from a monovinyl aromatic compound, and a structural unit (c) originating from a tertiary amino group, including at least 2 mol% of structural unit (a), and at least some of structural unit (a) being present in the form of a vinyl-group-containing structural unit (a1); and the number-average molecular weight of the rubber is 300 to 100,000.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un caoutchouc copolymère maniable, résistant et homogène, qui peut s'utiliser comme agent de modification de résine ou analogue; une composition de caoutchouc réticulé présentant une excellente résistance mécanique, une excellente résistance à l'usure, etc.; et un copolymère vinylique aromatique polyfonctionnel qui est une matière première supérieure pour ce qui précède. Le caoutchouc polymère est obtenu par copolymérisation de matières premières comprenant un copolymère vinylique aromatique polyfonctionnel (A), un composé diène conjugué (B), et un composé vinylique aromatique (C), le caoutchouc étant caractérisé en ce que : le copolymère vinylique aromatique polyfonctionnel (A) comprend un motif structural (a) provenant d'un composé divinyle aromatique, un motif structural (b) provenant d'un composé monovinyle aromatique, et un motif structural (c) provenant d'un groupe amino tertiaire, comprenant au moins 2 % en moles de motif structural (a), au moins une partie du motif structural (a) étant présente sous la forme d'un motif structural contenant un groupe vinyle (a1); et la masse moléculaire moyenne en nombre du caoutchouc va de 300 à 100 000.
(JA) 加工性、強度及び均質性を兼ね備え、樹脂の改質剤等に適する共重合体ゴム、及び機械的強度、耐摩耗性等に優れる架橋ゴム組成物と、これらの原料として優れる多官能ビニル芳香族共重合体を提供する。 多官能ビニル芳香族共重合体(A)、共役ジエン化合物(B)と、芳香族ビニル化合物(C)を含む原料を共重合させて得られる重合体ゴムであって、多官能ビニル芳香族共重合体(A)が、ジビニル芳香族化合物に由来する構造単位(a)、モノビニル芳香族化合物に由来する構造単位(b)、及び三級アミノ基を有する構造単位(c)を含有し、構造単位(a)を2モル%以上含み、構造単位(a)の少なくとも一部はビニル基含有構造単位(a1)として存在し、数平均分子量が300~100000であることを特徴とする。
