Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a gel electrolytic capacitor in which the withstand voltage can be further improved. A gel electrolytic capacitor provided with a positive electrode foil, a negative electrode foil, and a gel electrolyte disposed between the positive electrode foil and the negative electrode foil. The gel electrolyte comprises a polymer having a three-dimensional mesh structure and an electrolytic solution held by the polymer. The polymer is obtained by polymerizing 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate or methacrylic acid. The electrolytic solution contains an amine or a quaternary cyclic amidinium.
(FR) L'invention fournit un condensateur à électrolyte sous forme de gel qui permet d'améliorer encore une tension de tenue. Ce condensateur à électrolyte sous forme de gel est équipé d'une feuille d'anode, d'une feuille de cathode, et d'un électrolyte sous forme de gel disposé entre la feuille d'anode et la feuille de cathode. L'électrolyte sous forme de gel est constitué d'un polymère possédant une structure de réseau en trois dimensions, et d'une solution électrolytique supportée par ce polymère. Le polymère est constitué par polymérisation d'un 2-hydroxy-éthyl méthacrylate ou d'un méthacrylate. La solution électrolytique contient un amine ou une amidine cyclique quaternaire.
