Abstract:
(EN) This wiring board includes: a substrate on which a light emitting element is mounted; and a reflective film disposed on the surface of the substrate and reflecting light rays emitted from the light emitting element. The reflective film comprises a plurality of columnar crystals extending in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the substrate, wherein the surface of the reflective film has a structure in which the surfaces of the adjacent columnar crystals are continuously in contact with each other.
(FR) L’invention concerne une carte de câblage comprenant : un substrat sur lequel est monté un élément électroluminescent ; et un film réfléchissant disposé sur la surface du substrat et réfléchissant les rayons lumineux émis par l'élément électroluminescent. Le film réfléchissant comprend une pluralité de cristaux colonnaires s'étendant dans une direction perpendiculaire à la surface du substrat, la surface du film réfléchissant ayant une structure dans laquelle les surfaces des cristaux colonnaires adjacents sont continuellement en contact les unes avec les autres.
(JA) 配線基板は、発光素子を搭載する基体と、基体の表面に位置するとともに発光素子から出射された光線を反射する反射膜と、を備えている。そして、反射膜は、基体の表面に対して垂直方向に伸びた多数の柱状結晶からなる。反射膜の表面は、隣接する柱状結晶の表面が連続的に接している。
