Abstract:
(EN) One embodiment of this invention is a method for confirming expression of the PRDM14 gene from blood or lymphatic fluid collected from a subject by: (1) detecting PRDM14 positive CTC which expresses the PRDM14 gene; or (2) measuring the concentration of at least one protein selected from the group consisting of leptin receptor (LEPR), macrophage-derived chemokine (MDC) and gamma-interferon (IFNγ).
(FR) Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention est un procédé pour confirmer l'expression du gène PRDM14 à partir du sang ou du fluide lymphatique prélevé chez un sujet par : (1) détection de CTC positive PRDM14 qui exprime le gène PRDM14; ou (2) mesure de la concentration d'au moins une protéine choisie dans le groupe constitué par le récepteur de la leptine (LEPR), la chimiokine dérivée des macrophages (MDC) et l'interféron gamma (IFNγ).
(JA) 本発明は、一態様において、PRDM14遺伝子の発現を、対象から採取された血液またはリンパ液から、(1)PRDM14遺伝子を発現しているPRDM14陽性CTCを検出するか、または(2)レプチン受容体(LEPR)、マクロファージ由来ケモカイン(MDC)およびインターフェロンγ(IFNγ)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのタンパク質の濃度を測定することによって確認する方法に関する。
