Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides: an actuator having a booster mechanism with excellent durability; a valve; and a fluid control device. In a valve (1) provided with an actuator (3), a booster mechanism (30) has a plurality of first levers (31) which do not deform when a driving force is amplified, and each of the first levers (31) has: a force-point section (an inner end section (31E)) which receives a force from a spring accommodation part (22A) of a spring accommodation member (22); a support-point section (an outer end section (31D)) which contacts the bottom surface (17F) of a middle casing (17) and around which the first lever (31) rotates; and an action-point section (a section contacting a second protrusion part (33C) of an outer part (31B)) which transmits the force to a moving member (15).
(FR) La présente invention concerne : un actionneur ayant un mécanisme surpresseur présentant une excellente durée de vie ; une soupape ; et un dispositif de régulation de fluide. Dans la soupape (1) dotée d'un actionneur (3), le mécanisme surpresseur (30) présente une pluralité de premiers leviers (31) qui ne se déforment pas lorsqu'une force d'entraînement est amplifiée, et chacun des premiers leviers (31) présente : une section de point de force (une section d'extrémité interne (31E)) qui reçoit une force d'une partie de réception de ressort (22A) d'un élément de réception de ressort (22) ; une section de point de support (une section d'extrémité externe (31D)) qui entre en contact avec la surface inférieure (17F) d'un boîtier intermédiaire (17) et autour de laquelle tourne le premier levier (31) ; et une section de point d'action (une section en contact avec une seconde partie saillante (33C) d'une partie externe (31B)) qui transmet la force à un élément mobile (15).
