Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing device and a manufacturing method with which it is possible to manufacture a metal object with superior mechanical properties and design for external appearance as well as a metal powder recovery method with which it is possible to easily reuse powder not affected by heat. Provided is a device (20) for manufacturing a metal object for manufacturing a metal object (X) by irradiating the surface layer of metal powder (M), which fills a fabrication tank (12) of a fabrication stage (10), with laser light (L) and fabricating and laminating layers of metal, said device being characterized by comprising a calculation unit (4) for calculating a second region which is a region surrounding a first region irradiated by the laser light (L) and an elimination mechanism (5) for eliminating metal powder included in the second region, which is calculated by the calculation mechanism, from the fabrication tank (12).
(FR) Le but de la présente invention est de fournir un dispositif de fabrication et un procédé de fabrication, permettant de fabriquer un objet métallique doté de propriétés mécaniques supérieures et d'une conception destinée à un aspect externe supérieure, ainsi qu'un procédé de récupération de poudre métallique permettant de réutiliser facilement une poudre non affectée par la chaleur. L'invention concerne un dispositif (20) destiné à fabriquer un objet métallique, qui est destiné à fabriquer un objet métallique (X) par l'irradiation de la couche de surface d'une poudre métallique (M), qui remplit un réservoir de production (12) d'un étage de production (10), avec une lumière laser (L), et par la production et la stratification de couches de métal, ledit dispositif étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une unité de calcul (4) destinée à calculer une seconde région, qui est une région entourant une première région irradiée par la lumière laser (L), et un mécanisme d'élimination (5) destiné à éliminer la poudre métallique comprise dans la seconde région, qui est calculée par le mécanisme de calcul, du réservoir de production (12).
(JA) 本発明は、機械的物性及び外観の意匠性に優れる金属造形物を製造できる製造装置及び製造方法;熱影響を受けていない粉末の再利用を簡便に行うことができる金属粉末回収方法を提供することを目的とし、造形ステージ(10)が有する造形槽(12)に充填された金属粉末(M)の表層にレーザー(L)を照射して金属の層を造形し、層を積層して金属造形物(X)を製造する装置(20)であって、レーザー(L)が照射される第1の領域の周囲の領域である第2の領域を算出する演算部(4)と、算出機構が算出する第2の領域に含まれる金属粉末を造形槽(12)から除去する除去機構(5)とを備えることを特徴とする、金属造形物の製造装置(20)を提供する。
