Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an active energy ray-curable mold-release adhesive composition with which the quality of a member to be processed can be inhibited from being altered, and has an excellent pot life, the adhesive composition containing an acrylic resin (A), a urethane(meth)acrylate compound (B), an active energy ray-polymerization initiator (C), and a crosslinking agent (D), wherein the acrylic resin (A) is obtained by polymerization of polymerization components including a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester monomer (a1), a hydroxy group-containing monomer (a2), and a carboxyl group-containing monomer (a3), and the contained proportion of the carboxyl group-containing monomer (a3) is 0.01-0.4 wt% with respect to the polymerization components.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition adhésive de démoulage durcissable par des rayons d'énergie active avec laquelle il est possible d'éviter que la qualité d'un élément à traiter se modifie et qui a une excellente durée de vie en pot, la composition adhésive contenant une résine acrylique (A), un composé d'uréthane-(méth)acrylate (B), un initiateur de polymérisation par des rayons d'énergie active (C) et un agent de réticulation (D), la résine acrylique (A) étant obtenue par polymérisation de composants de polymérisation comprenant un monomère ester alkylique d'acide (méth)acrylique (a1), un monomère contenant un groupe hydroxy (a2) et un monomère contenant un groupe carboxyle (a3) et la proportion contenue du monomère contenant un groupe carboxyle (a3) étant de 0,01 à 0,4 % en poids par rapport aux composants de la polymérisation.
(JA) 被加工部材への変質を抑制することができ、粘着剤組成物のポットライフにも優れる活性エネルギー線硬化性剥離型粘着剤組成物として、アクリル系樹脂(A)、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート系化合物(B)、活性エネルギー線重合開始剤(C)および架橋剤(D)を含有してなる活性エネルギー線硬化性剥離型粘着剤組成物であって、アクリル系樹脂(A)が、(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステル系モノマー(a1)、水酸基含有モノマー(a2)およびカルボキシル基含有モノマー(a3)を含む重合成分を重合してなるアクリル系樹脂であり、カルボキシル基含有モノマー(a3)の含有割合が重合成分の0.01~0.4重量%である活性エネルギー線硬化性剥離型粘着剤組成物を提供する。
