Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a composite material in which the effect of carbon nanotubes can be adequately achieved, a prepreg in which the composite material is used, a carbon-fiber-reinforced molded body having greater resistance to the advance of interlayer peeling and cracking, and a method for manufacturing the composite material. The present invention is characterized by comprising carbon fiber bundles in which a plurality of continuous carbon fibers 12a are arranged, carbon nanotubes 14a affixed to the surfaces of each of the carbon fibers 12a, and a plurality of securing resin parts 16a that partially secure the carbon nanotubes to the surfaces of the carbon fibers 12a, the plurality of securing resin parts 16a covering 7-30% of the surface of the carbon fibers 12a to which the carbon nanotubes 14a are affixed.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau composite dans lequel l'effet de nanotubes de carbone peut être obtenu de manière adéquate, un préimprégné dans lequel le matériau composite est utilisé, un corps moulé renforcé par des fibres de carbone présentant une plus grande résistance à la progression d'un décollement et d'une fissuration entre les couches, et un procédé de fabrication du matériau composite. La présente invention est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des faisceaux de fibres de carbone dans lesquels sont agencés une pluralité de fibres de carbone continues 12a, des nanotubes de carbone 14a fixés aux surfaces de chacune des fibres de carbone 12a, et une pluralité de parties en résine de fixation 16a qui fixent partiellement les nanotubes de carbone aux surfaces des fibres de carbone 12a, la pluralité de parties en résine de fixation 16a recouvrant 7 à 30 % de la surface des fibres de carbone 12a auxquelles sont fixés les nanotubes de carbone 14a.
(JA) カーボンナノチューブの効果を十分に発揮できる複合素材、これを用いたプリプレグ、層間剥離亀裂の進展抵抗がより大きい炭素繊維強化成形体、および複合素材の製造方法を提供する。複数の連続した炭素繊維12aが配列した炭素繊維束と、前記炭素繊維12aのそれぞれの表面に付着したカーボンナノチューブ14aと、前記カーボンナノチューブ14aを部分的に前記炭素繊維12aの表面に固定する複数の固定樹脂部16aとを備え、前記複数の固定樹脂部16aは、前記カーボンナノチューブ14aが付着した前記炭素繊維12aの表面の7%以上30%以下を覆っていることを特徴とする。
