Abstract:
(EN) In the present invention, a horn (32) of an ultrasonic vibration unit (30) extends in a direction intersecting the jet flow direction of solder flowing inside a jetting nozzle (20). A vibration direction converter (35) is provided at the tip end part of the horn (32). The transmission direction of vibration from an ultrasonic vibrator (31) towards the vibration direction converter (35) through the horn (32) is converted, by the vibration direction converter (35), to a direction towards the jet flow direction of the jetting nozzle (20).
(FR) Selon la présente invention, un pavillon (32) d'une unité de vibration ultrasonore (30) s'étend dans une direction croisant la direction d'écoulement de jet de pâte à braser s'écoulant à l'intérieur d'une buse d'éjection (20). Un convertisseur de direction de vibration (35) est disposé au niveau de la partie d'extrémité de pointe du pavillon (32). La direction de transmission de vibration depuis un vibreur ultrasonore (31) vers le convertisseur de direction de vibration (35) à travers le pavillon (32) est convertie, par le convertisseur de direction de vibration (35), en une direction vers la direction d'écoulement de jet de la buse d'éjection (20).
(JA) 超音波振動ユニット(30)のホーン(32)は、噴流ノズル(20)の内部を流れるはんだの噴流方向に交差する方向に延びている。ホーン(32)の先端部には、振動方向変換部(35)が設けられている。振動方向変換部(35)によって、超音波振動子(31)からホーン(32)を介して振動方向変換部(35)に向かう振動の伝達方向が、噴流ノズル(20)の噴流方向に向かう方向に変換される。
