Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an annealed hot-rolled ferritic stainless steel sheet which has excellent surface properties after bending. This annealed hot-rolled ferritic stainless steel sheet contains, in mass%, 0.001-0.025% of C, 0.05-0.70% of Si, 0.05-0.50% of Mn, 0.050% or less of P, 0.01% or less of S, 10.0-18.0% of Cr, 0.01-1.00% of Ni, 0.001-0.10% of Al, 0.001-0.025% of N and 0.01-0.40% of Ti, with the balance being made up of Fe and unavoidable impurities. This annealed hot-rolled ferritic stainless steel sheet is configured such that: the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the average crystal grain size as determined by measurement method 1 is 50 μm or less; the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the elongation rate of crystal grains as determined by measurement method 2 is 5.0 or less; and the sheet thickness is 5.0 mm or more.
(FR) Cette invention concerne une tôle d'acier inoxydable ferritique laminée à chaud et recuite qui présente d'excellentes propriétés de surface après flexion. Ladite tôle d'acier inoxydable ferritique laminée à chaud contient, en pourcentage en masse, 0,001 à 0,025 % de C, 0,05 à 0,70 % de Si, 0,05 à 0,50 % de Mn, 0,050 % ou moins de P, 0,01 % ou moins de S, 10,0 à 18,0 % de Cr, 0,01 à 1,00 % de Ni, 0,01 à 0,10 % d'Al, 0,001 à 0,025 % de N, et 0,01 à 0,40 % de Ti, le reste étant du Fe et les inévitables impuretés. Ladite tôle d'acier inoxydable ferritique laminée à chaud et recuite est configurée de telle sorte que : la différence entre la valeur maximale et la valeur minimale de la taille moyenne des grains cristallins telle que déterminée par le procédé de mesure 1 est inférieure ou égale à 50 µm ; la différence entre la valeur maximale et la valeur minimale du taux d'allongement des grains cristallins telle que déterminée par le procédé de mesure 2 est de inférieure ou égale à 5,0 ; et l'épaisseur de la tôle est supérieure ou égale à 5,0 mm.
(JA) 曲げ加工後の表面性状に優れるフェライト系ステンレス熱延焼鈍鋼板を提供する。 質量%で、C:0.001~0.025%、Si:0.05~0.70%、Mn:0.05~0.50%、P:0.050%以下、S:0.01%以下、Cr:10.0~18.0%、Ni:0.01~1.00%、Al:0.001~0.10%、N:0.001~0.025%、Ti:0.01~0.40%、を含有し、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなり、測定方法1で測定した平均結晶粒径の最大値と最小値の差が50μm以下であり、測定方法2で測定した結晶粒の展伸度の最大値と最小値の差が5.0以下であり、板厚が5.0mm以上であるフェライト系ステンレス熱延焼鈍鋼板とする。
