Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a decomposing material that is superior in catalytic activity and durability to conventional powdery catalysts. The decomposing material according to the present disclosure comprises a substrate and a coating film formed on a surface of the substrate and is characterized in that the coating film comprises mesoporous silica which carries platinum group element-containing particles as a catalyst. This decomposing material is capable of decomposing an odor substance, which contains at least one kind of volatile compound selected from among aldehydes, fatty acids, sulfide compounds and nitrogen compounds, and/or ethylene even at a low temperature.
(FR) L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un matériau de décomposition qui présente une activité catalytique et une durabilité supérieures aux catalyseurs pulvérulents classiques. Le matériau de décomposition selon la présente invention comprend un substrat et un film de revêtement formé sur une surface du substrat et est caractérisé en ce que le film de revêtement comprend de la silice mésoporeuse qui porte des particules contenant un élément du groupe du platine en tant que catalyseur. Ce matériau de décomposition est capable de décomposer une substance odorante, qui contient au moins un type de composé volatil choisi parmi les aldéhydes, les acides gras, les composés sulfures et les composés azotés, et/ou l'éthylène même à basse température.
(JA) 本開示の目的は、従来の粉体触媒よりも触媒活性及び耐久性が高い分解材を提供することである。 本開示に係る分解材は、基材と、該基材の表面に設けられた塗膜とを有し、該塗膜は白金族元素を含む粒子を触媒として担持したメソポーラスシリカを含むことを特徴とする。この分解材は、アルデヒド類、脂肪酸類、硫化化合物、及び窒素化合物から選択される少なくとも1種の揮発性化合物を含む臭気物質、及び/またはエチレンを低温でも分解が可能である。
