Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for recycling a solar cell module glass, whereby it becomes possible to develop another novel use application of a waste glass from a solar cell module while controlling the Sb elution amount from the waste glass into water. A method for recycling a solar cell module glass, the method including: grinding the solar cell module glass into a glass powder; adding at least one foaming agent selected from SiC, CaCO3 and seashell and a specific inhibitor to the glass powder to produce a mixture; and heating the mixture to 700 to 1100°C to produce a foam glass.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de recycler un verre de module photovoltaïque, moyennant quoi il devient possible de développer une nouvelle application d'utilisation d'un verre usagé provenant d'un module photovoltaïque tout en régulant la quantité d'élution de Sb du verre usagé à l'eau. L'invention concerne également un procédé de recyclage d'un verre de module photovoltaïque, le procédé consistant : à broyer le verre de module photovoltaïque jusqu'à obtenir une poudre de verre; à ajouter au moins un agent moussant choisi parmi le SiC, le CaCO3 et un coquillage, et un inhibiteur spécifique à la poudre de verre afin de produire un mélange; et à chauffer le mélange entre 700 et 1 100 °C afin de produire un verre cellulaire.
(JA) 太陽電池モジュールの廃ガラスから水へのSb溶出量を制御しながら、廃ガラスの他の新たな用途開発を可能とする、太陽電池モジュールガラスのリサイクル方法を提供する。太陽電池モジュールガラスをガラス粉に粉砕すること;ガラス粉に、SiC、CaCO、貝殻から選択される少なくとも1種の発泡剤及び特定の抑制剤を加えて、混合物を製造すること;及び混合物を、700~1100℃に加熱して、発泡ガラスを製造することを含む、太陽電池モジュールガラスのリサイクル方法である。
