Abstract:
(EN) The present invention discloses a method for manufacturing an R-T-B-based sintered magnet, including: a step for preparing an R1-T1-B-based sintered body; a step for preparing an R2-Ga-Cu-Co-based alloy; a step for executing, by bringing at least a section of the alloy into contact with at least a section of a surface of the sintered body, a first heat treatment in a vacuum or inert-gas atmosphere at a temperature of 700ºC to 1100ºC; and a step for executing, on the R1-T1-B-based sintered body that has been subjected to the first heat treatment, a second heat treatment in the vacuum or inert-gas atmosphere at a temperature of 450ºC to 600ºC. R1 and R2 are at least one type of rare-earth element, and at least one of Nd and Pr is always included. The molar ratio of T1 with respect to B ([T1]/[B]) is greater than 14.0 and equal to or less than 15.0.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un aimant fritté à base de R-T-B, comprenant : une étape de préparation d'un corps fritté à base de R1-T1-B ; une étape de préparation d'un alliage à base de R2-Ga-Cu-Co ; une étape d'exécution, par mise en contact d'au moins une section de l'alliage avec au moins une section d'une surface du corps fritté, un premier traitement thermique dans une atmosphère de vide ou de gaz inerte à une température de 700 °C à 1 100 °C ; et une étape d'exécution, sur le corps fritté à base de R1-T1-B qui a été soumis au premier traitement thermique, d'un second traitement thermique dans l'atmosphère de vide ou de gaz inerte à une température de 450 °C à 600 °C. R1 et R2 sont au moins un type de terres rares, et Nd et/ou Pr sont toujours inclus. Le rapport molaire de T1 par rapport à B ( [T1]/[B]) est supérieur à 14,0 et inférieur ou égal à 15,0.
(JA) 本開示のR-T-B系焼結磁石の製造方法は、R1-T1-B系焼結体を準備する工程と、R2-Ga-Cu-Co系合金を準備する工程と、前記焼結体の表面の少なくとも一部に前記合金の少なくとも一部を接触させ、真空又は不活性ガス雰囲気中、700℃以上1100℃以下の温度で第一の熱処理を実施する工程と、第一の熱処理が実施されたR1-T1-B系焼結体に対して、真空又は不活性ガス雰囲気中、450℃以上600℃以下の温度で第二の熱処理を実施する工程とを含む。R1、R2は希土類元素のうち少なくとも一種であり、Nd及びPrの少なくとも一方を必ず含む。Bに対するT1のmol比([T1]/[B])が14.0超15.0以下である。
