Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a composition which is capable of producing a film that is able to detect infrared light with high sensitivity when used in an infrared sensor or the like. Also provided are a film, an optical filter, a solid-state imaging element, and an infrared sensor. This composition contains: a colorant which transmits infrared light, while blocking visible light; a near-infrared absorbing dye; and a curable compound. The ratio of the minimum value A of the absorbance of this composition in the wavelength range of 400-700 nm to the maximum value B of the absorbance of this composition in the wavelength range of 1,400-1,500 nm, namely A/B is 4.5 or more; and if a film having a film thickness of 1 μm is formed using this composition, the film has a local maximum value of the refractive index in a wavelength range of 800 nm or more.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition susceptible de produire un film à même de détecter une lumière infrarouge avec une sensibilité élevée lorsqu'il est utilisé dans un capteur d'infrarouges ou dans un dispositif similaire. L'invention concerne également un film, un filtre optique, un élément d'imagerie à semi-conducteurs et un capteur d'infrarouges. Cette composition contient : un colorant, qui transmet une lumière infrarouge tout en bloquant la lumière visible ; un colorant absorbant le proche infrarouge ; et un composé durcissable. Le rapport de la valeur minimale A de l'absorbance de cette composition dans la plage de longueurs d'onde de 400 à 700 nm à la valeur maximale B de l'absorbance de cette composition dans la plage de longueurs d'onde de 1 400 à 1 500 nm, à savoir A/B, est supérieur ou égal à 4,5 ; et si un film d'épaisseur 1 µm est formé à l'aide de cette composition, le film a une valeur maximale locale d'indice de réfraction, dans une plage de longueur d'onde supérieure ou égale à 800 nm.
(JA) 赤外線センサなどに用いた際に赤外線を感度よく検出できる膜を製造できる組成物を提供する。また、膜、光学フィルタ固体撮像素子および赤外線センサを提供する。この組成物は、赤外線を透過させて可視光を遮光する色材と、近赤外線吸収色素と、硬化性化合物とを含む。この組成物の波長400~700nmの範囲における吸光度の最小値Aと、波長1400~1500nmの範囲における吸光度の最大値Bとの比であるA/Bは4.5以上であり、この組成物を用いて膜厚1μmの膜を形成した際に、前述の膜は波長800nm以上の範囲において屈折率の極大値を有する。
