Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a resin composition for fiber-reinforced composite materials, which forms a prepreg that has low tack properties and good handling properties, while achieving a good balance between fast curing properties and storage stability, and which is able to be suppressed in deformation when released from a mold in a PCM method. A resin composition for fiber-reinforced composite materials, which is characterized by containing, as essential ingredients, (A) a liquid epoxy resin, (B) a novolac epoxy resin, (C) a polymer component having a molecular weight of 10,000 or more, (D) dicyandiamide and (E) an imidazole-based curing assistant. This resin composition for fiber-reinforced composite materials is also characterized in that: 10-35 parts by mass of the liquid epoxy resin (A) and 10-25 parts by mass of the polymer component (C) are contained in 100 parts by mass of the total of the components (A)-(E); and the glass transition temperature before curing is 0°C or higher.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de résine pour matériaux composites renforcés par des fibres, qui forme un pré-imprégné qui a de faibles propriétés adhésives et de bonnes propriétés de manipulation, tout en obtenant un bon équilibre entre des propriétés de durcissement rapide et une stabilité au stockage, et qui peut inhiber la déformation lorsqu'il est libéré d'un moule dans un procédé PCM. L'invention concerne une composition de résine pour matériaux composites renforcés par des fibres, qui est caractérisée en ce qu'elle contient, en tant qu'ingrédients essentiels, (A) une résine époxy liquide, (B) une résine époxy novolac, (C) un composant polymère ayant une masse moléculaire supérieure ou égale à 10 000, (D) le dicyanodiamide et (E) un assistant de durcissement à base d'imidazole. Cette composition de résine pour matériaux composites renforcés par des fibres est également caractérisée en ce que : 10 à 35 parts en masse de la résine époxy liquide (A) et de 10 à 25 parts en masse du composant polymère (C) sont contenues dans 100 parts en masse du total des composants (A)-(E); et la température de transition vitreuse avant durcissement est supérieure ou égale à 0 °C.
(JA) 速硬化性と貯蔵安定性を両立させながら、プリプレグのタック性が低く、ハンドリング性が良好で、PCM法において金型からの脱型時の変形を抑制可能な繊維強化複合材料用樹脂組成物を提供する。 液状エポキシ樹脂(A)、ノボラック型エポキシ樹脂(B)、分子量1万以上の高分子成分(C)、ジシアンジアミド(D)、イミダゾール系硬化助剤(E)を必須成分とし、前記(A)~(E)成分の合計100質量部の内、液状エポキシ樹脂(A)を10~35質量部、高分子成分(C)を10~25質量部含み、硬化前のガラス転移温度が0℃以上であることを特徴とする繊維強化複合材料用樹脂組成物である。
