Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To stabilize the coating amount of molten metal applied onto a steel strip. [Solution] Provided is a method for manufacturing a gas wiping nozzle that is provided with a pair of lip sections disposed so as to face each other and a slit formed between the pair of lip sections and serving as a gas blow-out port, the slit being used to blow gas through same onto a steel strip having been pulled up from a plating bath, thereby adjusting the thickness of a molten metal film having adhered to the surface of the steel strip, the method comprising: a fitting process in which fitting protrusions provided on one of the lip sections are fitted into fitting holes provided in the other lip section; and a fixing process in which, while the fitting protrusions and the fitting holes are in a fitted state of having been fitted together, the pair of lip sections are fixed to each other. There are two pairs each constituted by one fitting protrusion and one fitting hole, and the two pairs are removed from each other in the width direction of the steel strip. When said fitted state has been established, relative movement of the pair of lip sections is restricted in the thickness direction of the steel strip, and gaps between the fitting protrusions and the fitting holes in the thickness direction of the steel strip satisfy predetermined conditions.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet d'égaliser la quantité de revêtement de métal fondu appliquée sur une bande d'acier. Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une buse d'essuyage au gaz qui comporte une paire de sections de lèvre disposées de façon à se faire face et une fente formée entre la paire de sections de lèvre et servant d'orifice de soufflage de gaz, la fente étant utilisée pour souffler un gaz à travers celle-ci sur une bande d'acier extraite d'un bain de placage, de sorte à ajuster l'épaisseur d'un film de métal fondu ayant adhéré à la surface de la bande d'acier, le procédé comprenant : un processus d'ajustement dans lequel des saillies d'ajustement disposées sur l'une des sections de lèvre sont ajustées dans des trous d'ajustement ménagés dans l'autre section de lèvre ; et un processus de fixation dans lequel, tandis que les saillies d'ajustement et les trous d'ajustement sont dans un état mutuellement ajusté, les sections de lèvre de la paire sont fixées l'une à l'autre. Il y existe deux paires dont chacune est constituée d'une saillie de montage et d'un trou de montage, et les deux paires sont éloignées l'une de l'autre dans le sens de la largeur de la bande d'acier. Lorsque ledit état ajusté a été établi, le mouvement relatif de la paire de sections de lèvre est limité dans la direction de l'épaisseur de la bande d'acier, et des espaces entre les saillies d'ajustement et les trous d'ajustement dans la direction d'épaisseur de la bande d'acier satisfont des conditions prédéterminées.
(JA) 【課題】鋼帯に対する溶融金属の目付量を安定化することを可能とする。 【解決手段】互いに対向して設けられる一対のリップ部及び当該一対のリップ部の間にガスの噴出口として形成されるスリットを備え、めっき浴から上方に引き上げられた鋼帯に対してスリットからガスを吹き付けることにより鋼帯の表面に付着した溶融金属膜の膜厚を調節するガスワイピングノズルの製造方法であって、一方のリップ部に設けられる嵌合突起を他方のリップ部に設けられる嵌合孔に嵌合する嵌合工程と、嵌合突起が嵌合孔に嵌合された嵌合状態で一対のリップ部を互いに固定する固定工程とを含み、嵌合突起及び嵌合孔は、鋼帯の幅方向に間隔を空けて2対設けられており、嵌合状態において、一対のリップ部の間での鋼帯の厚み方向の相対的な移動は規制され、嵌合突起と嵌合孔との間の鋼帯の厚み方向の隙間は所定の条件を満たす、ガスワイピングノズルの製造方法が提供される。
