Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a catalyst for solid polymer fuel cells, which is obtained by having a carbon powder carrier support catalyst particles that are formed from platinum, cobalt and manganese. The catalyst particles of this catalyst have a constitutional molar ratio among platinum, cobalt and manganese, namely, Pt:Co:Mn of 1:0.25-0.28:0.07-0.10, while having an average particle diameter of 3.4 to 5.0 nm. In addition, in the particle size distribution of the catalyst particles, the proportion of the catalyst particles having a particle diameter of 3.0 nm or less in all catalyst particles is 37% or less on a number basis. A fluorine compound having a C-F bond is supported by at least the surfaces of the catalyst particles. The present invention especially has an effect on improvement of durability of the above-described ternary alloy catalyst.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un catalyseur pour piles à combustible à polymère solide, qu'on obtient par formation de particules de catalyseur de soutien de support de poudre de carbone à partir de platine, de cobalt et de manganèse. Les particules de catalyseur de ce catalyseur ont un rapport molaire constitutif parmi le platine, le cobalt et le manganèse, à savoir Pt:Co:Mn de 1:0,25-0,28:0,07-0,10, tout en ayant un diamètre moyen de particule de 3,4 à 5,0 nm. De plus, dans la distribution de taille de particule des particules de catalyseur, la proportion des particules de catalyseur dont le diamètre de particule est inférieur ou égal à 3,0 nm dans toutes les particules de catalyseur est inférieur ou égal à 37 % en nombre. Un composé fluoré ayant une liaison C-F est soutenu par au moins les surfaces des particules de catalyseur. La présente invention a notamment un effet sur l'amélioration de la durabilité du catalyseur d'alliage ternaire décrit ci-dessus.
(JA) 本発明は、白金、コバルト、マンガンからなる触媒粒子が炭素粉末担体上に担持されてなる固体高分子形燃料電池用触媒に関する。この触媒の触媒粒子は、白金、コバルト、マンガンの構成比がモル比でPt:Co:Mn=1:0.25~0.28:0.07~0.10となっており、平均粒子径が3.4~5.0nmであり、更に、触媒粒子の粒度分布において、粒径3.0nm以下の触媒粒子の全触媒粒子に占める割合が粒子数基準で37%以下となっている。そして、少なくとも触媒粒子の表面に、C-F結合を有するフッ素化合物が担持されている。本発明は、上記3元系合金触媒について、特に、耐久性の改善において効果を有する発明である。
