Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: an ink capable of preventing a reduction in light emission efficiency caused by a self-absorption phenomenon; and a light-emitting element having high light emission efficiency. This ink comprises: particles constituted by light-emitting semiconductor nanocrystals and a dispersing agent supported by the semiconductor nanocrystals; a first dispersion medium including an aromatic ring or a methylene group directly bonded to a hetero atom; and a second dispersion medium different from the first dispersion medium. The ink is characterized in that the amount of the first dispersion medium included in the ink is from 20 to 50 mass%.
(FR) L'invention concerne : une encre capable d'empêcher une réduction de l'efficacité d'émission de lumière provoquée par un phénomène d'auto-absorption ; et un élément électroluminescent ayant une efficacité d'émission de lumière élevée. Cette encre comprend : des particules constituées de nanocristaux semi-conducteurs électroluminescents et d'un agent de dispersion supporté par les nanocristaux semi-conducteurs ; un premier milieu de dispersion comprenant un cycle aromatique ou un groupe méthylène directement lié à un hétéroatome ; et un second milieu de dispersion différent du premier milieu de dispersion. L'encre est caractérisée en ce que la quantité du premier milieu de dispersion inclus dans l'encre est de 20 à 50 % en masse.
(JA) 自己吸収現象による発光効率の低下を防止し得るインク、および高い発光効率を有する発光素子を提供する。 本発明のインクは、発光性を有する半導体ナノ結晶と、該半導体ナノ結晶に担持された分散剤とから構成された粒子と、芳香族環またはヘテロ原子に直接結合したメチレン基を含む第1の分散媒と、該第1の分散媒と異なる第2の分散媒とを含有するインクであって、当該インク中に含まれる前記第1の分散媒の量が、20~50質量%であることを特徴とする。
