Abstract:
(EN) This elastomeric piezoelectric element (10) comprises a plurality of unit layers (11) disposed along the thickness direction (X) of the elastomeric piezoelectric element (10). Each of the unit layers (11) comprises: a sheet-shaped dielectric part (12) made from a dielectric elastomer; an electrode part (13) made from an electroconductive elastomer and disposed on a part of a first surface (12a) of the dielectric part (12); and an insulating part (14) made from an insulating elastomer and provided in at least a portion of the periphery of the electrode part (13)so that the thickness of the unit layer (11) in portions where the electrode part (13) is not provided approaches the thickness of the unit layer (11) in portions where electrode parts are (13) provided.
(FR) L'invention concerne un élément piézoélectrique élastomère (10) comprenant une pluralité de couches unitaires (11) disposées le long de la direction d'épaisseur (X) de l'élément piézoélectrique élastomère (10). Chacune des couches unitaires (11) comprend : une partie diélectrique en forme de feuille (12) constituée d'un élastomère diélectrique ; une partie d'électrode (13) constituée d'un élastomère électroconducteur et disposée sur une partie d'une première surface (12a) de la partie diélectrique (12) ; et une partie isolante (14) constituée d'un élastomère isolant et disposée dans au moins une partie de la périphérie de la partie d'électrode (13) de sorte que l'épaisseur de la couche unitaire (11) dans des parties où la partie d'électrode (13) n'est pas disposée à proximité de l'épaisseur de la couche unitaire (11) dans des parties où des parties d'électrode sont fournies.
