Abstract:
(EN) A screw compressor 1 is provided with: a rotor casing 10 that defines a rotor chamber S1 accommodating a screw rotor body 16a; a shaft part 16c that extends from the screw rotor body 16a in such a manner as to penetrate through the rotor casing 10; a bearing 18 that supports, outside the rotor chamber S1, the shaft part 16c so as to be rotatable; a bearing cover 19 that is a tubular member disposed around the shaft part 16c with a gap interposed in the radial direction of the shaft part 16c, that is disposed at an opposite side of the bearing 18 from the rotor chamber S1 in the axial direction of the shaft part 16c, and that restricts movement of the bearing 18; a sleeve 22 that is a tubular member to be fitted onto the shaft part 16c through interference fit; and a lip seal 23 that shaft-seals between the bearing cover 19 and the sleeve 22. The sleeve 22 is provided with a step section 22a having a step in the radial direction, at an opposite side of the sleeve 22 from the side where the bearing 18 is disposed, in the axial direction.
(FR) Selon l'invention, un compresseur à vis (1) comporte : un carter de rotor (10) qui définit une chambre de rotor (S1) recevant un corps de rotor de vis (16a) ; une partie d'arbre (16c) qui s'étend à partir du corps de rotor de vis (16a) de manière à pénétrer à travers le carter de rotor (10) ; un palier (18) qui supporte, à l'extérieur de la chambre de rotor (S1), la partie d'arbre (16c) de manière à pouvoir tourner ; un capot de palier (19), qui est un élément tubulaire disposé autour de la partie d'arbre (16c) avec un espace interposé dans la direction radiale de la partie d'arbre (16c), qui est disposé sur un côté opposé du palier (18) par rapport à la chambre de rotor (S1) dans la direction axiale de la partie d'arbre (16c), et qui restreint le mouvement du palier (18) ; un manchon (22), qui est un élément tubulaire devant être adapté sur la partie d'arbre (16c) par adaptation par interférence ; et un joint à lèvre (23) qui assure l'étanchéité de l'arbre entre le capot de palier (19) et le manchon (22). Le manchon (22) comporte une section d'épaulement (22a) ayant un épaulement dans la direction radiale, sur un côté opposé du manchon (22) par rapport au côté où le palier (18) est disposé, dans la direction axiale.
