Abstract:
(EN) Provided are an extruder die, an extruder, and a resin composition manufacturing method. The extruder die comprises a discharge surface having one or a plurality of discharge holes from which a melted resin is discharged in the form of a strand; and one or a plurality of protrusions that protrude in the perpendicular direction from the discharge surface. Part of a base portion of each protrusion is in contact with an outer periphery portion of the corresponding discharge hole. The extruder has the extruder die fitted thereto. The resin composition manufacturing method enables a resin composition to be obtained by charging at least a resin and an additive into the extruder and causing the resin composition to be discharged from the extruder die.
(FR) L'invention concerne une filière d'extrudeuse, une extrudeuse et un procédé de fabrication de composition de résine. La filière d'extrudeuse comprend une surface de d'évacuation pourvue d'un trou ou d'une pluralité de trous d'évacuation par lesquels une résine fondue est évacuée sous la forme d'un brin; et une ou plusieurs saillies qui font saillie dans la direction perpendiculaire depuis la surface d'évacuation. Une partie d'une portion de base de chaque saillie est en contact avec une partie périphérique externe du trou d'évacuation correspondant. La filière est montée dans l'extrudeuse. Le procédé de fabrication de composition de résine permet d'obtenir une composition de résine en chargeant au moins une résine et un additif dans l'extrudeuse et en faisant évacuer la composition de résine par la filière d'extrudeuse.
