Abstract:
(EN) The coated cutting tool according to the present invention comprises a hard nitride coating that contains Ti at 70 atomic% to 95 atomic% and Si at 5 atomic% to 30 atomic% with respect to the total metallic element content, and Ar at 0.05 atomic% to 0.20 atomic% with respect to the total metallic and non-metallic element content, has an NaCl-type crystalline structure, exhibits maximum diffraction peak intensity in the (200) plane, and has an average crystal grain size of 5 nm to 30 nm. Defining 100 atomic% as the total of metallic elements, nitrogen, oxygen, and carbon in the composition of every 20 nm interval from a depth of 20 nm to 200 nm from the surface of the hard coating, the nitrogen content ratio is at least 50.0 atomic %. The flank of the coated cutting tool has an arithmetical mean high Sa of 0.1 μm or less, a maximum height Sz of 2.0 μm or less, and an arithmetic mean peak curvature Spc (1/mm) value of 5,000 or less, all as defined by ISO 25178.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un outil de coupe revêtu comprenant un revêtement de nitrure dur qui contient du Ti à hauteur de 70 % atomique à 95 % atomique et du Si à hauteur de 5 % atomique à 30 % atomique par rapport à la teneur totale en éléments métalliques, et de l'Ar à hauteur de 0,05 % atomique à 0,20 % atomique par rapport à la teneur totale en éléments métalliques et non métalliques, a une structure cristalline de type NaCl, présente une intensité de pic de diffraction maximale dans le plan (200), et a une taille moyenne de grain cristallin de 5 nm à 30 nm. En définissant 100 % atomique comme le total d'éléments métalliques, d'azote, d'oxygène, et de carbone dans la composition de chaque intervalle de 20 nm d'une profondeur de 20 nm à 200 nm à partir de la surface du revêtement dur, le rapport de teneur en azote est d'au moins 50,0 % atomique.
