Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a wheel loader that can accurately calculate the carrying load of a bucket from the pressure of a lifting arm cylinder. A control device (30): calculates, with a bucket (3) being in an unloaded state, an unloaded moment (M0) around a hinge pin G from a lifting arm cylinder pressure detected by pressure sensors (15a, 15b), a lifting arm angle detected by a lifting arm angle sensor 14, and dimension data extracted from a vehicle body information database (35); calculates, with the bucket (3) being in a loaded state, a loaded moment (M1) around the hinge pin G from the lifting arm cylinder pressure, the lifting arm angle, and the dimension data extracted from the vehicle information database; and calculates a bucket carrying load (W) by dividing the difference between the unloaded moment and the loaded moment by the horizontal distance (LW) between the position of the center of gravity of the bucket and the hinge pin.
(FR) L’invention concerne un chargeur monté sur roues, capable de calculer avec précision la charge de transport d’un seau à partir de la pression d’un vérin de bras de levage. Un dispositif de commande (30) : calcule, avec un seau (3) qui se trouve dans un état non chargé, un moment non chargé (M0) autour d’une tige d’articulation G à partir d’une pression de vérin de bras de levage détectée par des capteurs de pression (15a, 15b), d’un angle de bras de levage détecté par un capteur d’angle de bras de levage 14, et de données de dimension extraites d’une base de données d’informations de corps de véhicule (35) ; calcule, lorsque le seau (3) se trouve dans un état chargé, un moment chargé (M1) autour de la tige d’articulation G à partir de la pression de vérin de bras de levage, de l’angle de bras de levage et des données de dimension extraites de la base de données d’informations de véhicule ; et calcule une charge de transport de seau (W) en divisant la différence entre le moment non chargé et le moment chargé par la distance horizontale (LW) entre la position du centre de gravité du seau et la tige d’articulation.
(JA) バケットの積載荷重をリフトアームシリンダの圧力から精度良く演算できるホイールローダを提供する。 制御装置(30)は、バケット(3)の空荷状態において、圧力センサ(15a,15b)にて検出されたリフトアームシリンダの圧力と、リフトアーム角度センサ14にて検出されたリフトアームの角度と、車体情報データベース(35)から抽出した寸法データとから、ヒンジピンG周りの空荷モーメント(M)を演算し、バケットの積荷状態において、リフトアームシリンダの圧力と、リフトアームの角度と、車体情報データベースから抽出した寸法データとから、ヒンジピンG周りの積荷モーメント(M)を演算し、空荷モーメントと積荷モーメントとの差をバケットの重心位置とヒンジピンとの水平距離(L)で除算して、バケットの積載荷重(W)を演算する。
