Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a light-emitting device having a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a first organic layer, and a second organic layer, wherein the first organic layer contains a metal complex represented by formula (1) and the second organic layer contains a metal complex represented by formula (2). In formula (1), M1 represents an iridium or the like; n1 represents an integer of 1 or more; n2 represents an integer of 0 or more; ring R1A represents a triazole ring or the like; ring R2 represents an aromatic hydrocarbon ring or the like; E1, E2, and E11A to E13A represent nitrogen atoms or carbon atoms; R11A to R13A represent substituents or the like; and A1-G1-A2 represents a bidentate ligand. At least one among E11A to E13A is a nitrogen atom, and at least one among R11A to R13A bonded to the nitrogen atom is a group represented by formula (Ar-1A). In formula (Ar-1A), ring A represents an aromatic hydrocarbon ring or the like; and R2 represents a substituent or the like. In formula (2), M2 represents an iridium atom or the like; n3 represents an integer of 1 or more; n4 represents an integer of 0 or more; EL represents a carbon atom or the like; ring L1 represents a 6-membered aromatic heterocyclic ring; ring L2 represents an aromatic hydrocarbon ring or the like; and A3-G2-A4 represents a bidentate ligand.
