Abstract:
(EN) An electrically heated catalyst (1) has a honeycomb substrate (2), an electrode (3), and a joining section (4). The honeycomb substrate (2) and the joining section (4) contain matrices (201, 401) and conductive fillers (202, 402). The matrices (201, 401) contain a borosilicate containing an alkali metal element and/or an alkali earth metal element. The softening point of the joining section (4) is preferably lower than that of the honeycomb substrate (2).
(FR) Un catalyseur chauffé électriquement (1) comprend un substrat en nid d'abeilles (2), une électrode (3) et une section de jonction (4). Le substrat en nid d'abeilles (2) et la section de jonction (4) contiennent des matrices (201, 401) et des charges conductrices (202, 402). Les matrices (201, 401) contiennent un borosilicate contenant un élément de métal alcalin et/ou un élément de métal alcalino-terreux. Le point de ramollissement de la section de jonction (4) est de préférence inférieur à celui du substrat en nid d'abeilles (2).
(JA) 電気加熱式触媒(1)は、ハニカム基材(2)と電極(3)と接合部(4)とを有する。ハニカム基材(2)と接合部(4)とが、マトリックス(201)、(401)と導電性フィラー(202)、(402)とを含有する。マトリックス(201)、(401)は、アルカリ金属原子及びアルカリ土類金属原子の少なくとも一方を含むホウケイ酸塩を含有する。接合部(4)の軟化点は、ハニカム基材(2)よりも低いことが好ましい。
