Abstract:
(EN) A reinforced film (10) comprises an adhesive layer (2) affixed to and laminated on a main surface of a film substrate (1). The adhesive layer comprises a photocurable composition containing a photocuring agent and a base polymer having a crosslinked structure. The gel fraction of the photocurable composition is preferably at least 60%. The shear storage modulus at 25°C of the adhesive layer is preferably 1 × 104 to 1.2 × 105 Pa. The shear storage modulus at 25°C of the adhesive layer, after photocuring, is preferably 1.5 × 105 to 2 × 106 Pa.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un film renforcé (10) comprenant une couche adhésive (2) apposée à, et stratifiée sur, une surface principale d’un substrat formant film (1). La couche adhésive comprend une composition photodurcissable contenant un agent photodurcissable et un polymère de base ayant une structure réticulée. La fraction de gel de la composition photodurcissable est préférablement d’au moins 60 %. Le module d’élasticité en cisaillement au stockage à 25 °C de la couche adhésive est préférablement de 1 x 104 à 1,2 x 105 Pa. Le module d’élasticité en cisaillement au stockage à 25 °C de la couche adhésive, après photodurcissement, est préférablement de 1,5 x 105 à 2 x 106 Pa.
(JA) 補強フィルム(10)は、フィルム基材(1)の一主面上に固着積層された粘着剤層(2)を備える。粘着剤層は、架橋構造を有するベースポリマーおよび光硬化剤を含む光硬化性組成物からなる。光硬化性組成物のゲル分率は60%以上が好ましい。粘着剤層の25℃におけるせん断貯蔵弾性率は1×10~1.2×10Paが好ましい。粘着剤層の光硬化後の25℃におけるせん断貯蔵弾性率が、1.5×10~2×10Paが好ましい。
