Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a ceramic sintered body having an excellent wear resistance and chipping resistance; and an insert, cutting tool, and friction stir welding tool that use this ceramic sintered body having these excellent properties. The ceramic sintered body contains Al2O3 (alumina), WC (tungsten carbide), and ZrO2 (zirconia), and the element Zr (zirconium) is present at one or both of the following grain boundaries (1) and (2). (1) the grain boundaries between Al2O3 crystal grains (2) the grain boundaries between Al2O3 crystal grains and WC crystal grains In addition, the ceramic sintered body contains 55.0-97.5 vol% WC and 0.1-18.0 vol% ZrO2 with the remainder being Al2O3, and the ZrO2 is composed of tetragonal crystals (T) or mixed crystals of tetragonal crystals (T) and monoclinic crystals (M).
(FR) La présente invention concerne : un corps fritté en céramique présentant une excellente résistance à l'usure et une excellente résistance à l'écaillage ; et un insert, un outil de coupe et un outil de soudage par friction-malaxage qui utilisent ce corps fritté en céramique présentant ces excellentes propriétés. Le corps fritté en céramique contient de Al2O3 (alumine), WC (carbure de tungstène) et ZrO2 (zircone), et l'élément Zr (zirconium) est présent au niveau de l'un des joints de grains (1) et (2) suivants ou aux niveau des deux : (1) les joints de grains entre les grains cristallins d'Al2O3, (2) les joints de grains entre les grains cristallins d'Al2O3 et les grains cristallins de WC. De plus, le corps fritté en céramique contient 55,0 à 97,5 % en volume de WC et 0,1 à 18,0 % en volume de ZrO2, le reste étant Al2O3, et le ZrO2 est composé de cristaux tétragonaux (T) ou de cristaux mixtes de cristaux tétragonaux (T) et de cristaux monocliniques (M).
