Abstract:
(EN) This method for manufacturing a resin joined body, in which a first resin member (14) and a second resin member (16) having different linear expansion coefficients from each other are joined to obtain a resin joined body (10), includes an elastomer (12) interposing step and a joining step. In the elastomer (12) interposing step, a thermoplastic elastomer (12) is interposed in a molten state between a first joining surface (22) of the first resin member (14) and a second joining surface (28) of the second resin member (16). In the joining step, the first resin member (14) and the second resin member (16) are joined by solidifying the elastomer (12) interposed between the first joining surface (22) and the second joining surface (28) and also solidifying the first joining surface (22) and the second joining surface (28) melted by the heat of the elastomer (12).
(FR) Procédé de fabrication d'un corps assemblé en résine, dans lequel un premier élément en résine (14) et un second élément en résine (16) ayant des coefficients de dilatation linéaire différents l'un de l'autre sont assemblés pour obtenir un corps assemblé en résine (10), comprenant une étape d'interposition d'élastomère (12) et une étape d'assemblage. À l'étape d'interposition d'élastomère (12), un élastomère thermoplastique (12) est interposé dans un état fondu entre une première surface d'assemblage (22) du premier élément en résine (14) et une seconde surface d'assemblage (28) du second élément en résine (16). À l'étape d'assemblage, le premier élément en résine (14) et le second élément en résine (16) sont assemblés par la solidification de l'élastomère (12) interposé entre la première surface d'assemblage (22) et la seconde surface d'assemblage (28) et également la solidification de la première surface d'assemblage (22) et de la seconde surface d'assemblage (28) fondues par la chaleur de l'élastomère (12).
(JA) 互いに線膨張係数が異なる第1樹脂部材(14)と第2樹脂部材(16)とを接合して樹脂接合体(10)を得る樹脂接合体の製造方法は、エラストマ(12)介在工程と、接合工程とを有する。エラストマ(12)介在工程では、第1樹脂部材(14)の第1接合面(22)と第2樹脂部材(16)の第2接合面(28)の間に、熱可塑性のエラストマ(12)を溶融した状態で介在させる。接合工程では、第1接合面(22)と前記第2接合面(28)の間に介在させたエラストマ(12)と、エラストマ(12)の熱により溶融した第1接合面(22)及び第2接合面(28)とを固化させることで、第1樹脂部材(14)と第2樹脂部材(16)とを接合する。
