Abstract:
(EN) This method for manufacturing a laser half-cut processed article comprises: a step (1) of providing a functional sheet on a surface of a process base material made of alicyclic structure-containing polymer material to obtain a multi-layered object (A) provided with the process base material and the functional sheet; and a step (2) of forming a cut in the functional sheet by irradiating the multilayered object (A) with laser light from the functional sheet side of the multilayered object (A) to obtain a multilayered object (B) provided with a sheet-shaped product layer of which the contour is defined by the cut, wherein the process base material has an absorbance of not more than 0.30 with respect to the laser light.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un article traité semi-découpé au laser, comprenant : une étape (1) consistant à fournir une feuille fonctionnelle sur une surface d'un matériau de base de traitement constitué d'un matériau polymère contenant une structure alicyclique, en vue d'obtenir un objet multicouche (A) pourvu du matériau de base de traitement et de la feuille fonctionnelle ; et une étape (2) consistant à former une découpe dans la feuille fonctionnelle par irradiation de l'objet multicouche (A) avec une lumière laser provenant du côté de feuille fonctionnelle de l'objet multicouche (A), en vue d'obtenir un objet multicouche (B) pourvu d'une couche de produit en forme de feuille dont le contour est délimité par la découpe, le matériau de base de traitement présentant une absorbance d'au plus 0,30 par rapport à la lumière laser.
